1. Fill out application form.
2. Please include a dance résumé describing your previous training and experience.
3. Attach one personal or professional dance photograph of (4’* 6’ Size) that best demonstrates your technical ability and strongest style.
4. A short essay in English stating your goals as a dancer and how India International Dance Institute can help you to achieve those goals.
5. A copy of your valid Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID / School Certificate is required.
6. Complete Health and fitness certificate from any hospital in India is required.
7. Please include Rs 10,000/- (non-refundable and adjusted with the course tuition fee) application fee (payable by money order, wire transfer, Demand Draft or cheque in Indian rupees).
8. Last date of submission 31st march, 2009.

The total course fee is Rs 25,000/- plus service tax.

The payment will be taken in 3(three) instalments.
Application fees-Rs 10,000/- plus service tax. (Paid with the form)
First instalment Rs 10,000/- plus service tax. (Should be paid within 7 days from the class starts)
Final instalment Rs 5,000/- plus service tax. (Should be paid within 30th to 37th day from the date of commencement.)
Note:The certificate will be provided once the entire payment is made.
